Welcome to Peplab ai ("Peplab," "we," "us," "our"), operated by Peplab Labs, Inc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Peplab ai mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Medical Disclaimer. These documents together form a legally binding agreement between you and Peplab Labs, Inc.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Not Medical Advice
Peplab ai is a research, tracking, and educational tool. It is not a medical device, not a telehealth service, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content within the Service — including peptide summaries, research citations, dosing information, AI-generated insights, protocol templates, and correlations — is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
- We do not prescribe, sell, source, manufacture, or recommend any drug, compound, peptide, hormone, or substance.
- Many peptides and research chemicals discussed in the Service are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or equivalent regulators for general human use. Some may be illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any protocol, medication, supplement, or regimen.
- Never disregard professional medical advice, delay seeking it, or self-diagnose based on information from the Service.
- If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on information in the Service and release Peplab from any liability arising from those decisions.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@peplab.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the Service or other users.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to source, sell, market, or distribute any controlled, unapproved, or illegal substance.
- Use the Service to provide medical, pharmaceutical, or telehealth services to others unless you have a separate written agreement with Peplab.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its security.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or contains malware.
- Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your credentials.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
Your Content & Data
You retain all rights to the information you submit ("Your Content"), including logs, bloodwork, notes, and photos. You grant Peplab a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. We do not sell Your Content. For details on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions & Billing
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled per App Store policy.

Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services, including Apple Health, HealthKit, lab providers, cloud storage, analytics, and payment processors. Peplab is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of integrations may be subject to additional third-party terms.
Intellectual Property
The Service and all associated materials — including software, design, research summaries, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Peplab Labs, Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Peplab does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content — including research summaries, AI insights, or citations — is complete, current, or accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peplab, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Peplab in the 12 months before the claim or (b) US$100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peplab from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Arbitration & Class Waiver
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Delaware, under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing legal@peplab.ai within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or risks to the Service. You may close your account at any time from within the app. Sections that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, arbitration) survive termination.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in-app and emailed to the address on file. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
