Peplab AI is built and maintained by a small team. When you email support, you reach us — not a chatbot, not a ticket queue. Below are the questions we're asked most often; if your situation isn't covered, email us directly and we'll sort it out.

Subscriptions & billing
How do I cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are managed by Apple, so cancellation happens in iOS Settings — not inside the app. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Peplab AI → Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. We can't cancel on your behalf; Apple doesn't permit it.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Sign in to the new device with the same Apple ID you used when you subscribed, open Peplab AI, go to Profile → Restore Purchases. Your Pro status reattaches within a few seconds.
I was charged but Pro isn't active.
First try Profile → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't resolve it, email support@peplabai.com with the Apple receipt (emailed to you automatically after the charge) and we'll fix it.
Can I get a refund?
Apple issues all App Store refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find the Peplab AI purchase, and request a refund. If Apple denies it and you think the charge is wrong, email us and we'll advocate on your behalf.
Account & data
How do I delete my account?
Open Peplab AI → Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We complete deletion within 30 days across all systems. You can also email support@peplabai.com from the address on your account and we'll do it for you.
How do I export my data?
Every log screen has a share icon for CSV export. For a full account export (everything we hold about you), email support@peplabai.com and we'll send a signed download link within 7 days.
How do I change my email or password?
Profile → Settings → Account. If you're locked out, email support from any address and we'll verify identity through your Apple ID and help you recover.
Troubleshooting
The AI chat isn't responding.
Check your connection, force-quit the app (swipe it off the multitasker), and reopen. If the issue persists, email support@peplabai.com with your iOS version (Settings → General → About) and what you were asking.
HealthKit data isn't syncing.
Open iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Peplab AI and confirm the categories you want shared are toggled on. Peplab only reads the categories you explicitly authorize.
Push notifications stopped working.
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Peplab AI and confirm Allow Notifications is on. Inside the app, Profile → Settings → Notifications controls which events trigger a push.
The app crashed.
Force-quit and relaunch. If it crashes again, email support@peplabai.com with the steps leading up to the crash and your app version (Profile → About). Crash logs are automatically collected and help us reproduce.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. Do not use Peplab AI for emergency guidance.
Privacy & legal
Peplab AI encrypts your data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We do not sell your data. Apple HealthKit data stays on-device unless you explicitly enable cloud sync.
